I just cut a small piece Peel it and boil it then let it simmer for about 5min then drink it and within minutes I’m on my way to feeling better. I hope this helps someone.

I cut it up in a blender and add a quart of water. Blend it down to tiny pieces floating. Put in fridge for 3 days and the ginger water is on top and the solids are on the bottom. I use it when I have nausea from chemo. I do love the taste and use a little everyday in a cut of hot tea.
