I suffer with Vertigo, I find that Ginger helps with Vertigo it stops the swiming in the head and the dizziness. Ginger helped me better than the Doctors Meds. I just cut a small piece Peel it and boil it then let it simmer for about 5min then drink it and within minutes I’m on my way to feeling better. I hope this helps someone.
