Tastes a tiny bit sweeter than cheerios milk

I was not sure what to expect when I ordered this but the taste is very similar to plain cheerios but a bit sweeter and a bit more toasted flavor. It also comes with little crunchy bits that float in it and are quite good. This is your instant cereal milk craving killer. I am a fan of the relatively low caloric amount per serving as it does a good job of helping to stave off hunger pangs. Honestly I would prefer if it were slightly less sweet but judging by the other comments here I may be alone in this.If you have tried original flavor soylent this is very similar in flavor but is intended more as a supplement or snack than a total nutrition meal replacement.As others have said to avoid lumps make a paste and then slowly stir in your water or milk.

Grainy flavor needs to be sweeter.

It s doable but I kind of wish it was sweeter. I don t want to have to add sugar because the whole point is to have something in the go. It has a very grainy flavor which isn t bad. It is decently filling for the amount of calories that it has.

Carcinogen Warning on Label (Unfortunately)

I usually disregard those California-based carcinogen warnings when they re on non-food items (computer cables etc.) – but when they re on products that are ingested I take them more seriously. Unfortunately such a warning appears on this item s product label. It s a shame because I usually love misugaru – but I don t want to risk my health. Non-returnable so that s $25 down the drain. Live and learn. :-(

The taste is pretty nice. The only drawback is that there re thick glue hard to dissolve in water.

Quite possibly my new favorite thing!

Who knew a grain drink was so good? I think its best in the morning as a kind of breakfast meal replacement. It has a cereal sort of taste and if you like cereal I think you would enjoy it!

I posted a better photo for ingredients and nutrition - note that a serving is 4 sticks so one stick is 73kcal! I like the taste (I think it tastes strongly of sesame) and I didn t really buy it for nutrition given that the first ingredient is sugar!
