Refund policy


When your package arrives, please inspect your purchase. If you notice any damages to your purchased item(s), please notify us immediately of the damages along with pictures to, and we will process an claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours of when you placed the order, will be subjected to a $6 administration fee (whether or not your order has been shipped). If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the shipment. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card holder.



If you are not fully satisfied with a product that you have purchased, return the item within 30 days of purchase date to receive a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns. We will not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.


Returning an Item:

- The product must be returned carefully packed and in good condition along with the receipt to ensure full credit
- All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
- For a refund, we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Refund Processing You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
