I drink the tea every morning first thing when I get up, it fills me up before i get a chance to make breakfast, as I’m a breastfeed mom :)
This tea is perfect for afternoon or evening when I don’t want caffeine but do want something special. It is gentle and smooth, with a hint of nuttiness. Very nice flavor!
Good taste and quick to prepare but need to brew for 5 or more minutes to get it very strong.
